| Laws
|
In the eyes of the law, the end users are almost always responsible for the
safety of their equipment. Whereas the service contractors or providers
are almost never responsible for the safety of the
equipment they service.
End users are the owners of the equipment and by law have to have proper due
diligence measures in place to comply with occupational health and safety
laws. As part of the law end users are required to track and record the
health and safety information and take responsibility by signing the
maintenance records.
